Clear your agendas because on October 20-22 a slew of local tech/innovation promoters will host the Curaçao Data Days with an array of local and international speakers. With this event the organizers aim to promote the adoption of fact-based decision making in government and business.
There's not a lot of information available yet about the precise contents of the event, but they did already share that they have international speakers from Microsoft, Facebook, Brandeis University, and more as well as local speakers from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), the Public Health Institute Curaçao (VIC), Government, and a bunch of local consultants. They will adress subjects from the fields of education, public health, (open) data, and communication.
Update October 15: the schedule of speakers is available now. You can download the schedule here.
An interesting addition to their flyer is where they mention that they will allow participants to choose from 3 levels of complexity; beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
